Refund Policy
At Blooming Orchids, we care deeply about the happiness of our customers β and we take every step to deliver healthy, beautiful plants that bring life to your home.
Each plant is packed with great care to ensure it reaches you fresh and safe.
However, we understand that sometimes things donβt go as planned. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle such situations.
πΏ 1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
Since we deal in live plants, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or dead.

You have received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

Your order was incomplete or missing items.
If any of the above applies, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
πΈ 2. Time Window
You must raise a request within 10 days of delivery.
After this period, we may not be able to process claims since plants are perishable.
π± 3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund:

Email us at support@blooming-orchids.in within 10 days of receiving your order.

Mention your Order ID, describe the issue, and attach clear photos of the plant and packaging.

Our support team will verify your claim within 2β3 business days and arrange a suitable solution β replacement, refund, or store credit.
πΌ 4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.) within 7β10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
πΎ 5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

The plant was healthy and in good condition upon delivery.

The damage occurred due to improper care, overwatering, or lack of sunlight after delivery.

The customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.

Minor variations in color, size, or shape β as live plants naturally differ.
π» 6. Replacement Policy
If approved, a replacement will be sent for damaged or incorrect products at no extra cost.
In certain cases, if the plant is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
πΊ 7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible since the plants are perishable and prepared specially for your order.
