Each plant is packed with great care to ensure it reaches you fresh and safe.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle such situations.


🌿 1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

Since we deal in live plants, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

If any of the above applies, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

You must raise a request within 10 days of delivery.
After this period, we may not be able to process claims since plants are perishable.


🌱 3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at support@blooming-orchids.in within 10 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your Order ID, describe the issue, and attach clear photos of the plant and packaging.

  3. Our support team will verify your claim within 2–3 business days and arrange a suitable solution β€” replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

If approved, a replacement will be sent for damaged or incorrect products at no extra cost.
In certain cases, if the plant is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible since the plants are perishable and prepared specially for your order.
