We sell live plants and related accessories. Plant appearance may slightly vary due to natural growth differences.

2. Orders & Payments

We accept Razorpay, UPI, COD, debit/credit cards, and online payments. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

3. Shipping

All orders are shipped within India via trusted partners (ShipRocket, Delhivery). Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days.

4. Returns & Refunds

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you may request a refund within 10 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued after verifying the claim.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blooming Orchids is not responsible for plant death due to mishandling, wrong care, or unsuitable environment after delivery.

6. Modification of Terms

We may update our Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the latest version.
